With over two decades of leadership in business operations, Tara Sawinski serves as a dedicated volunteer supporting grant operations at Bridge of Life. As a strategic operations executive, Tara brings a wealth of expertise in cross-functional program execution, stakeholder management, and operational process design, shaped by a 15-year tenure at Accenture. In her current role as DaVita’s Community Health Experience Manager, Tara oversees free community health screening programs. This position connects her directly with Bridge of Life, giving her unique, firsthand insight into the partnership from both perspectives. Known for building high-performing teams, Tara excels at scaling programs efficiently while remaining deeply grounded in community impact. She holds a BA in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland. .
