Dawn Moen
Executive Director
Dawn Moen brings more than 15 years of senior leadership experience in healthcare philanthropy to Bridge of Life. Throughout her career, she has led the planning and management of comprehensive international fundraising campaign operations ranging from $5 million to $500 million. Dawn is deeply committed to advancing health equity, guided by the belief that all individuals deserve extraordinary health and healthcare regardless of geography or circumstance. She is particularly drawn to Bridge of Life’s mission to remove barriers to care and deliver compassionate, life-saving healthcare to under-resourced communities locally and internationally.
Prior to her work in advancement, Dawn served as a marketing leader in the private sector, where she successfully positioned brands and products for expansion while enhancing overall customer experience.
Dawn is a graduate of the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and holds the CFRE (Certified Fundraising Executive) credential. She is actively involved in the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy through public speaking engagements and her service on the Fundraising Operations Leadership Team.
After spending her entire life in the Midwest, Dawn made a lifelong dream a reality in 2025 by relocating to Colorado. She is savoring every minute with her family and the mountains.
